PEACHY GOOD THYME  (original by Chris Hull)

Ingredients:     1.5oz Do Good Nighthawk Bourbon Whiskey

.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice

.75oz Simple Syrup 1:1

Half of a Fresh Peach (pitted)

3-4 Sprigs of Fresh Thyme

Soda Water or Lemon-Lime Soda (Choice on Sweetness

Preparation:    In a mixing glass, muddle the peach and thyme

until peach is pureed. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, Nighthawk and ice. Shake vigorously. Using a strainer, pour in to ice filled Collins glass. Top with choice of soda water or lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.



SOMETHING, SOMETHING,  DARK SIDE (original by Chris Hull)

Ingredients:     1oz Do Good Nighthawk Bourbon Whiskey

1oz Do Good 3-Mile Rum

1oz Jägermeister

2 dashes of Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters

Preparation:    Combine all listed ingredients in a mixing glass with

ice. Stir, do not shake.  Using a strainer, pour into a large rocks glass with an ice sphere. Garnish with a grapefruit rind.


Whisky Sour

Ingredients:     2 oz Nighthawk Bourbon

1 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz Fresh Lime

1 oz Egg White (optional)

Preparation:    Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice, Shake and

strain in a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with orange slice and Luxardo Cherry.



Nighthawk Old Fashioned

Ingredients:     2 oz Nighthawk Bourbon

2 Dashes of Bitter

1  Sugar Cube

2 Dashes of Water

Preparation:    Place the sugar cube in a rocks glass, Add bitters,

water and muddle, Fill glass with ice and add bourbon. Garnish with orange slice and a Luxardo Cherry.



Nighthawk Boulevardier

Ingredients:     1.5 oz Nighthawk Bourbon

1 oz Campari

1 oz Sweet Red Vourmouth

Preparation:    Stir all ingredients together with ice, Strain over ice

into rocks glass, Garnish with orange peel and Luxardo Cherry.
